The Museum offers multiple event rental packages to accommodate all size events from micro-weddings to large affairs, with complimentary designated ceremony rehearsal time the day prior to your event. Additional rental hours of gallery and non-gallery areas are also available to add on to your packages.
All rental packages include private waiting areas for you and your bridal party prior to your ceremony, based upon your chosen ceremony location within the Museum. A variety of complimentary rental items are also available for event use – including essentials like banquet and cocktail tables, easels, podiums and columns.
In addition to the various venue amenities included, you and your wedding coordinator will work with the OMA Facilities Rentals Manager to ensure seamless coordination of the details of your day.
Couples can even rent the full Museum for your wedding, which will give you and your guests the opportunity to enjoy the full beauty of the facility and its galleries. Full Museum rental, which is encouraged for weddings with 250+ guests, opens up all galleries to your guests for the duration of your event, and includes gallery security.
Being an OMA Member also has its perks! All Ambassador-level Members receive a generous discount on all rental packages.
OMA offers both indoor & outdoor ceremony spaces. The Rotunda and Grand Gallery are both perfect backdrops for a unique indoor ceremony, and the Outdoor Sculpture Plaza is another perfect spot for those looking to host open-air nuptials.
Catering & Parking
The Museum provides a great list of well-known, licensed and insured local caterers that can accommodate a variety of styles, tastes and budgets to fit any couple’s needs.
Caterers are provided an on-site well-equipped kitchen with a spacious preparation area and dedicated loading dock.
The large on-site parking lot provides ample complimentary guest parking.
